(Senior) Management Consultant (all genders)

Your tasks

• Development of strategies and roadmaps in the context of digitalisation in the ESM at C-Level/ C-1 Level
• Preparation and management of programmes/ projects of medium - high complexity in the field of organisational development, process consulting as well as solution implementation in the ESM
• Development/optimisation of organisational and process models taking into account common frameworks and the customer environment
• Carrying out organisational and maturity analyses and creating process and solution architectures in ESM
• Assumption of quality assurance tasks in ESM projects
  • Specialisation of your technical and, if applicable, solution expertise in one or more of the following topics:
  • IT/ITSM Strategy & Roadmap
  • Target Operating Model for (IT) Service Organisations
  • (IT) Service Catalogue Management
  • Financial Management for IT Services
  • Demand, Project & Portfolio Management
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance Management
• Responsible for the creation/development of services/products within our Group portfolio
• Support of our sales department in the pre-sales phase

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting in the context of digitalisation in the ESM (organisation, processes, solutions) or in a comparable internal position in larger organisations (IT/ Non-IT)
• Extensive experience in dealing with customer requirements at middle and senior management level as well as in technical conception, practicable realisation and implementation
• A broad understanding of both typical IT and non-IT processes is desirable
• Experience with relevant solutions for ITSM/ESM (e.g. ServiceNow®, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager)
• Ideally implementation experience in the area of ServiceNow, but also as a career changer, e.g. Universal CMDB, Operations Bridge, Network Node Manager, SMAX
• Sound knowledge of at least one project management methodology
• Knowledge of agile methodologies/frameworks such as SCRUM, DevOps or SAFe is an advantage
• Confident manner towards customers as well as experience in independently conducting customer workshops 
• Structured and independent work 
• C-level communication skills
• Willingness to perform, motivation, integrity, professional appearance, ability to work under pressure
• Very good written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel in the EMEA region
