It all began in 2000 with IT service management and 2 employees in the basement of the Riedel family's private home. 20 years later the iTSM Group with over 200 employees has become one of the leading consulting companies for digital transformation in Enterprise Service Management in DACH, Romania and the Netherlands. Today, IT is no longer seen only as a cost factor. Properly structured and networked within the essential business processes, it gains a role as an innovation driver and opens up immense competitive advantages for companies.

The family character of the family-owned business has been deliberately maintained throughout its growth until today. Thus, employees and customers alike appreciate the trusting cooperation: 20 years of iTSM - a success story

Looking back gives me great pleasure. The intensive work of the last 20 years has paid off. I am particularly proud of the fact that we have always grown under our own steam and that even the difficult last weeks and months have not been able to inhibit this growth. In 2020, for example, we expanded our team of experts by taking a majority stake in Softpoint Trusted Quality and expanded our presence in the Austrian market. Furthermore, with the recently concluded joint venture smartvokat Trusted Quality we offer legal advice on the solution platform ServiceNow. Both companies offer exciting growth prospects.

My gratitude goes to all our employees who give their best with passion and dedication. A management can praise a company philosophy, but the employees must live it. And what I see, hear and experience are employees who inspire our customers and show them new ways and possibilities with great enthusiasm. And: A successful family business always includes a strong family. At this point, I would like to take this opportunity to express my special thanks to my wife and my two daughters, who work with great commitment in the company!

What has happened so far…

Blue-red company history. We' ve always had more than black and white. Some important key data in brief:

  • 26.09.2000 - Company founding with rooms in the basement of the private house
  • 2005 - Relocation to the first own company offices
  • 2007 - The iTSM-Solutions GmbH is established
  • 2012 - Lived customer proximity - Wolfsburg gets its own location
  • 2014 - Significant expansion of the range of services and the consulting region
  • 2015 - iiTSM introduces the brand claim "Be better"
  • 2017 - Foundation of the Riedel Children's Foundation
  • 2019 - iTSM goes international: New locations in Romania and the Netherlands

Each individual bears responsibility.

We are proud of a very low staff fluctuation and many employees with a long company loyalty. From many employee interviews we know that especially the high responsibility and development perspective is appreciated. Our youngest employee is 19 years old. The most experienced is 69 years young. We would like to let both of them have their say at this point:

Home meets scope

More space for ideas and service mastery

According to our brand promise "Create your future and be better" we do not rest on 20 years of solution expertise, instead we continue to focus on our future. Locally rooted in Bodenheim near Frankfurt, we are concerned with more than just work space for a constantly growing company. We want "the family to come together" and to work together in an inspiring atmosphere to create bespoke customer solutions.

We are looking forward to moving to the new company building, scheduled for summer 2021. The basic structure is already nearly finished!

During the planning phase, great attention was paid to an open construction method. The new building does justice to the family character of iTSM and at the same time fulfils all expectations of modern workplaces: Open offices and plenty of space for exchange and discussions. These "meeting zones" will encourage creative cooperation and allow many new ideas to emerge. The office as your favorite place!
