Im Jahr 2019 gründete die iTSM Consulting GmbH als Mehrheitsgesellschafterin gemeinsam mit der Softpoint IT-Solutions GmbH & Co. KG ein Joint Venture in Österreich, mit dem Ziel, maximale Dynamik und Stärke im Markt für IT-Consulting und für Kunden sowie Mitarbeiter zu erzielen. Neben den zu erwartenden Synergien in den Organisationsabläufen sollen erfahrene IT-Consultants bestehenden und künftigen Kunden ein größeres und differenzierteres Beratungs- und Umsetzungsportfolio anbieten können.
