Automation of operations management with ITOM

Today, agility is the order of the day when it comes to application delivery. The shift to DevOps models, the use of containers and cloud solutions and increasingly the use of IoT devices pose significant challenges to operations management. The classic break-fix model is reaching its limits, as it usually requires extensive manual activities that are contrary to agility.
