We have further expanded our portfolio of ServiceNow trainings and added a hands-on seminar called "ServiceNow Touch & Feel". This new offering focuses on how to implement ITIL-compliant service management even with the basic configuration of ServiceNow. Using a real world example, our ServiceNow experienced trainers will answer this question step by step and provide the participants with all the necessary knowledge. The aim of the course is to enable them to subsequently map more complex processes in ServiceNow.
Topics of the new seminar are the management of users, groups and roles as well as the creation, processing and tracking of events, problems and change requests. Workflows and approval processes are also explained in detail. The course is rounded off by working with forms, layouts and filters.
"ServiceNow Touch & Feel" complements the existing ServiceNow training offering and is aimed in particular at participants who have already completed an ITIL Foundation according to v3 or ITIL 4 and now want to prepare for the concrete use of the ServiceNow platform.
The full-day training is offered once or twice a month at various locations throughout Germany. Participation fee is 550 EUR net per participant including training materials and meals.
