iTSM Consulting GmbH has acquired a majority stake in the Austrian ServiceNow specialist Softpoint Trusted Quality GmbH. The company thus became part of the steadily growing iTSM Group.
Softpoint Trusted Quality is an established consulting company in the Austrian service management market and the largest local implementation partner of ServiceNow, the world's leading cloud platform for the digitization of enterprise service management processes. Through the integration into the iTSM Group, Softpoint Trusted Quality is now significantly expanding its service portfolio. In addition, it can now access all the expertise and resources within the group and thus provide its customers with even more comprehensive support than before. Nothing else will change for these customers - their contact persons will remain the same without exception.
The operative management of Softpoint Trusted Quality GmbH will remain with Dipl.-Ing. Hubert Feneberger, who also managed the company until now. Siegfried Riedel -managing director of iTSM Consulting GmbH - will be another managing director.
