ServiceNow® is a provider of cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) for enterprise service management.

In our ServiceNow® training courses, you will gain experience in using the software and learn how to map and optimize your work processes in ServiceNow®. As an authorized training partner of ServiceNow®, we also offer you the official certification.

Our online training courses prepare you digitally, diversely and efficiently for your certification.

In the basic training courses for ITIL®, PRINCE2® and Security Awareness, you will be familiarized with the content with the help of case studies and quizzes and chapter questions - all you need is a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection.

Your tasks

  • Advising our customers on the operationalisation and digitalisation of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes in the context of the ESM platform from ServiceNow®.
  • Specialisation of your technical and solution expertise in one or more of the following topics:
    • IT Service Management
    • Customer Service Management
    • Demand/Project & Portfolio Management
    • Governance, Risk & Compliance Management
    • IT Operations Management and IT Automation
    • Legal Operations Management
  • Conducting customer workshops for requirements analysis and the definition of user stories
  • Creation of solution architectures, implementation concepts and documentation of technical solutions
  • Taking responsibility for sub-projects and work packages, as well as managing the development team
  • Independent implementation of customer requirements (user stories) in ServiceNow® (partially)
  • Assumption of quality assurance tasks in ESM projects

 

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or business informatics or comparable professional training/experience.
  • Experience in the conception and introduction, as well as the operation of ITSM or ESM solutions, ideally on the basis of ServiceNow®.
  • Ideally, you already have relevant certifications, e.g. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, or comparable certifications
  • A broad understanding of typical IT as well as non-IT processes is desirable.
  • Confident manner towards customers as well as first experience in independently conducting customer workshops 
  • Structured and independent work 
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Good written and spoken English
