In our three-day ServiceNow® Application Development Fundamentals training course, our ServiceNow® certified trainers with many years of experience will teach you how to develop applications within ServiceNow®. On your personal ServiceNow® Sandbox instance, you can directly apply and consolidate what you have learnt in various practical exercises.
You can conduct the training as an online live session with a trainer, on site at our training facilities or in-house at your organisation. It is available in both German and English, but the accompanying training documents and the ServiceNow® Sandbox instance are only available in English.
After completing the course, you can take the exam for the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification as an online exam on the ServiceNow® learning platform - you will receive an exam voucher for participation from us. Once you have passed the exam, you will receive your official ServiceNow certificate.
This training is aimed in particular at people who want to deepen their skills in the creation and management of customised applications within ServiceNow.
The prerequisites for participation in the ServiceNow® Application Development Fundamentals Training are
Basic knowledge of ServiceNow®: Participants should have at least 6 months of experience with the Now platform
Basic IT knowledge: A basic understanding of IT concepts and principles is very helpful for this training
ServiceNow® Administration Fundamentals Training (recommended): Although it is not a mandatory requirement, it is recommended by us to have successfully completed the training in order to have a better understanding of the ServiceNow® platform.
Basic programming skills (recommended): Basic knowledge of JavaScript may be beneficial as the course includes scripting-based tasks
After successfully completing the ServiceNow Application Development Fundamentals training, you will receive a voucher that you can use to register for the ServiceNow® Certified Application Developer exam. You will take the exam with the ServiceNow® assessor - for which ServiceNow® works together with the service provider Kryterion. The exam can then be taken in Kryterion test centres on site or online anywhere, while a Kryterion proctor monitors the exam date.
The exam consists of 60 multiple-choice questions with one or more choices, which must be answered within 90 minutes. The exam must be taken in English only. The result of the exam is displayed immediately after completion and submission of the exam.
Our examination fees include a voucher for access there. Once you have successfully registered, you can obtain the official certificate after taking the relevant exam.
