In our two-day ServiceNow® Human Resources Implementation training course, our ServiceNow® certified trainers will teach you concepts and configuration of ServiceNow® Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) as part of the Now Platform. On your personal ServiceNow® Sandbox instance, you can directly apply and consolidate what you have learnt in various practical exercises.
You can conduct the training as an online live session with a trainer, on site at our training facilities or in-house at your organization.
After completing the course, you can take the ServiceNow® Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR) exam online on the ServiceNow® learning platform - you will receive an exam voucher from us for your participation. After passing the exam, you will receive your official ServiceNow® certificate.
This training is ideal for people who are to configure and build the HR Service Delivery in the ServiceNow® platform. However, the training is rather unsuitable for people who create and process incoming tickets for IT, field service or other areas of the company within ServiceNow®.
In preparation for the training, the 3-hour on-demand training "Introduction to HRSD" should be completed on the ServiceNow® NowLearning platform and complete the ServiceNow® HR Fundamentals training course. This training is available in English and teaches basic concepts used in HRSD like HR Case, HR Task, Journey etc.
The prerequisites for attending the ServiceNow® HR Implementation training are:
Following the ServiceNow® Human Resources Implementation seminar, you will fulfil the necessary requirements to take the ServiceNow® Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR) exam in the ServiceNow® online web assessor - for which ServiceNow® works together with the service provider Kryterion. The exam can then be taken either on-site at Kryterion test centres or online anywhere, while a Kryterion proctor monitors the exam date. Our examination fees include a voucher for access to the site. Once you have successfully registered, you can obtain the official certificate after taking the corresponding exam.
The exam consists of 60 questions in 90 minutes and is only available in English. It must be taken within 12 months of receiving the voucher, but we recommend taking the exam within 2-3 months of attending the seminar in order to incorporate the practical experience gained there. The result of the exam is displayed immediately after completion and submission of the exam.
Upon passing, you will receive a digital certificate, which can be printed if needed. More details, including the exam blueprint, can be found on the ServiceNow® website.
Our courses are interactive and not Power Point events - because this is the only way to ensure lasting learning success. For this reason, we use various methods in our ServiceNow Fundamentals training courses to break up the learning content and at the same time simulate its application in practice.
So that you can reproduce all the work steps, they are not only demonstrated, but you are also encouraged to implement them independently on your computer. For example, incidents and changes are created and edited by the course participants, and the adaptation of forms and fields is also part of the training. Therefore, please bring your own WLAN-enabled device to the training.

The mentioned end times are to be understood as guidelines. Changes in the schedule may occur, for example, due to smaller groups, a good basic understanding of the topic or similar. Times are also planned for the follow-up or preparation of topics on one's own. In addition to the morning and afternoon break of approx. 15 minutes and the lunch break of approx. 1 hour, there are also shorter screen breaks (5-10 min.) in between virtual trainings.
