In 2019, the iTSM Consulting GmbH as majority share holder, together with Softpoint IT-Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, founded a Joint Venture in Austria with the objective to attain the maximum dynamic and strength on the IT Consulting market, for customers, as well as for employees. Besides the expected synergies in the organisational processes, experienced IT Consultants should be able to offer existing and future customers a wider and more differentiated consulting and implementation portfolio.

The success story of Softpoint IT-Solutions in Linz (Austria) began in the year 1987 with its founding by Wilhelm Auberger, Hubert Feneberger and Klaus Kremmair. Since then, the company offers professional Consulting for the introduction of ITIL processes and for the implementation and supervision of (IT) Service Management tools. Softpoint is sales and implementation partner for the software solution ServiceNow, which strikingly improves the productivity in IT and Non-IT sectors.
