In our training courses for ITSM, you will be prepared and certified for the use of IT Service Management online or on-site.
The most common of all methodologies for IT service management is ITIL® - the IT Infrastructure Library - which comprehensively defines roles and processes that should be applied in service management. Here, you can get certified according to the internationally recognized standard and thus learn and have your skills in dealing with a structured service management certified. In order to apply the necessary processes in concrete tools, it is again advisable to use ITSM training courses for the respective tool. For this purpose, we offer courses for ServiceNow® ITSM as well as for Ivanti or other tools.
In our workshops and simulations, we comprehensively prepare you and your colleagues for practical use in your in-house organization. In the ITSM workshops, we focus on concrete use cases from your organization, while in the ITSM simulations you can playfully try out the application of the methods using specific case studies.
The ITIL® Foundation is ideal if you want to start in methods around (IT) Service Management and crown this with a worldwide recognized certification.
We offer the course in two different variants: The faster 2-day course as well as a three-day variant that allows you to lay the foundation for the new ITIL® version with numerous practical examples, all topics of the latest AXELOS syllabus and intensive exam preparation for certification.
You can take the course either as an online live session or as a classroom session in our training centers throughout Germany.
In the Virtual Classroom Training, our experienced trainers bring you to certification in a live online session.
Here you can ask questions and ask for tips as usual. You will take the exam online after the course.
