In our two-day ServiceNow® Human Resources Fundamentals training course, our ServiceNow®-certified trainers will teach you how to configure ServiceNow® Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) - the module for HR management within the Now® platform. On your personal ServiceNow® Sandbox instance, you can directly apply and deepen what you have learned in various practical exercises.
The training can be conducted as an online live session with a trainer, on site at our training facilities or in-house at your organisation.
The training is the first part of the ServiceNow® Certified Human Resource certification. After completing this course, you can participate in ServiceNow® Human Resources Implementation, after which you will receive the voucher for the certification exam on the ServiceNow® learning platform.
This training is ideal for people who are to configure the HR Service Delivery solution in the ServiceNow® platform. However, the training is rather unsuitable for people who create and process incoming tickets for IT, field service or other areas of the company within ServiceNow®.
In preparation for the training, the 3-hour on-demand training "Introduction to HRSD" should be completed on the ServiceNow® NowLearning platform. This training is available in English and teaches basic concepts used in HRSD like HR Case, HR Task, Journey etc.

For example, incidents and changes are created and edited by the course participants, and the adaptation of forms and fields is also part of the training. Therefore, please bring your own WLAN-enabled device to the training.
