The content generated by AI is not published automatically. It serves as a basis for drafts and is always checked, revised, and approved by qualified employees.
The iTSM Group ensures that AI technologies are used under human supervision. All AI-supported content is subject to editorial control to ensure technical accuracy, comprehensibility, and ethical soundness.
AI is used exclusively within the framework of defined quality standards and in accordance with ethical principles such as transparency, fairness, and non-deception.
No personal data is processed when AI systems are used by the iTSM Group. Likewise, no user data is used to train or improve AI models.
The existing data protection guidelines of the iTSM Group apply without restriction to all processes in which AI technologies are used. Further information on this can be found in our privacy policy.
