ITIL® is the central set of methods in (IT) service management. In our ITIL® training courses, we train you and your employees in various training formats.
You can therefore complete various certification courses for the current version of the methodology - ITIL® 4 - as well as the respective PeopleCert® certification.
In our PRINCE2® training courses, you will learn the framework for successful project management from trainers with practical experience.
You can also be tested and receive your PeopleCert® certificate of the international project management standard.
You would like to deepen knowledge of project and IT service management within your company? Our trainers also support you exclusively for your company or institutionand conduct the training and certificationat your site, at a location of your choice or online.
On request, we will put together a tailor-made offerfor the training of your employees.
You will receive an invoice with a payment term of 14 days after the end of the seminar.
You will receive our own developed documents at a face-to-face seminar at the seminar location and when registering for a virtual classroom training in advance (1-2 days before the start of the seminar) sent by post to an address of your choice.
You do not need to prepare for the basic seminars and do not require any prior knowledge. For the advanced seminars, participation and knowledge of the subject matter from the basic seminars is a prerequisite.
Depending on the room size, up to 12 people can take part in a training course.
Exam preparation is an integral part of the seminar agenda. Sample exams are also written and discussed here.
