ITIL® is the most widely used set of methods for IT service management worldwide. The current version - ITIL® 4 - is divided into various courses, some of which build on each other. Here you can find more information on ITIL® and the individual certification options.
We offer foundation training for the new ITIL® 4 Foundation. The courses are available in different variants - online or on-site. Here you can find the different ITIL® Foundation training courses we offer.
With our in-house trainings, we support the development of ITIL® competences specifically for your organisation.
In online live sessions or on-site at a location of your choice, we bring your employees to certification.
Similar to the previous version ITIL® v3, ITIL® 4 is also divided into different courses that build on each other. The individual training courses should therefore be approached in a specific order.
If you have little or no previous knowledge of ITIL®, ITIL® 4 Foundation Plus is the right course for your introduction to the new framework. Alternatively, you can reach the certificate in our ITIL® 4 Foundation Online Training.
After passing the ITIL® 4 Foundation training, you can continue with the advanced modules that lead to the titles "Managing Professional" and "Strategic Leader". It is advisable to go through the individual courses within the two modules from left to right as shown in the diagram. If you wish to obtain the title "ITIL® 4 Master", you must successfully complete the courses of both modules.
With our online training course IT Service Managment at a glance, you will get to know IT service management processes better. This course is based on our employees' many years of experience in consulting and applying the most widely used standard for IT service management, ITIL®. This will enable you to assess which processes are relevant for your organisation and how you can apply them.
No matter whether you already have knowledge of ITIL® v3 or are new to the topic of service management: The 3-day ITIL® 4 Foundation course lays the foundation for the new ITIL® version with numerous practical examples, all topics of the latest Peoplecert® syllabus and intensive exam preparation for certification.
The 3-day ITIL® 4 Foundation course as a face-to-face course at one of our training locations throughout Germany.
You take the certification exam online on the PeopleCert® platform at a time of your choosing and receive your certificate after passing the exam.

The 2-day ITIL® 4 Foundation course as a classroom or online live event lays the foundation for the current ITIL® version as a fast-track variant.
Ideal for people who already have experience in ITSM or the previous version ITIL® v3 and want to achieve certification quickly.
The ITIL® 4 Foundation as classroom or online training in a 3-day course with a larger practical component and extended exam preparation.
The training course for reliable preparation for certification for the IT service management methodology.
In the ITIL® 4 Foundation training cours, you will be introduced to the content with the help of case studies and quiz and chapter questions - all you need is a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection.
You will also receive an exam voucher that entitles you to take PeopleCert®'s online certifications - so you can also get your official certificate right away in an online exam.
In our ITIL® 4 Foundation Online Training, you also lay the foundation for training as an ITIL® Managing Professional or Strategic Leader - but in the comfort of your computer.
In 6 modules that build on each other, our training teaches you all the content required by AXELOS (official accreditor of ITIL®) and prepares you perfectly for the official PeopleCert® certification, which you can also take online afterwards.
On-site presence training⸺either at one of our training centres across Germany or at your organization's premises.
Pure web-based training in a browser app - learn whenever and wherever you want, only an internet connection is needed.
The trainings as an online live session with trainers paired with the high-quality training materials of the on-site trainings.
You will receive an invoice with a payment term of 14 days after the end of the seminar.
You will receive our own developed documents at a face-to-face seminar at the seminar location and when registering for a virtual classroom training in advance (1-2 days before the start of the seminar) sent by post to an address of your choice.
You do not need to prepare for the basic seminars and do not require any prior knowledge. For the advanced seminars, participation and knowledge of the subject matter from the basic seminars is a prerequisite.
Depending on the room size, up to 12 people can take part in a training course.
Exam preparation is an integral part of the seminar agenda. Sample exams are also written and discussed here.
