The simulation uses the fictitious pizza producer "Grab@Pizza", which delivers pizzas nationwide in America with guaranteed delivery times. This business model is only possible with the best possible IT support - in the simulation, the IT organisation has to implement the continuously growing requirements of the business and at the same time guarantee the tasks and problems in daily operations. In the simulation, the requirements from both sides often collide, e.g. changes to ensure operations have to be balanced against changes to provide new functions.
