The iTSM Group can report another successful customer project:
The project is part of a multi-year initiative at Andreas STIHL AG & CO. KG, in which the following goals are to be implemented:
Organization of IT around IT services for planning, integration, maintenance and control of IT provision
Empowerment/training of IT employees to design their practices and IT services in a service- and customer-oriented manner (ownership)
Development of the IT organization into a value-oriented organization
The project laid the foundation for this. The organizational changes, new and further developments, the implementation of ITSM practices and the technical implementation addressed in the project were successfully completed.
