Using e-learning to make change management more successful

Organizational Change Management (OCM) is an essential part of any change effort and affects all areas of the business. Companies that want to increase efficiency and gain competitive advantage must implement new technologies, processes and tools quickly and effectively. Training and preparing employees for the changes play a central role. The best new tool in the company is of no use if employees cannot use it profitably in their work processes.
