Joint venture with smartvokat: Legal Operations Solutions based on ServiceNow®

iTSM Group and the legal innovation startup smartvokat have formed a joint venture (JV) for Legal Operations Solutions based on ServiceNow's market-leading Now platform. The JV operates under the name "smartvokat Trusted Quality". Using the brand "Inspiring Legal", the Legal Management Platform of smartvokat Trusted Quality is aimed at German and international legal and compliance departments that are looking for an end-to-end, efficient, transparent, legally compliant and scalable digital platform for all legal, compliance-related and regulatory processes and that are aiming at a new user experience. The JV is the result of the collaboration between the two companies in the ongoing worldwide implementation of the ServiceNow-based Legal Management Platform at Bayer AG. 

End-to-end portfolio 

The JV offers a complete end-to-end service portfolio from Legal Service Portfolio consulting through Legal Project Management and ServiceNow customizing and development to Application Management and Support. A total of 120 in-house consultants are available for projects. An interdisciplinary approach with a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, software developers, legal management consultants, ServiceNow specialists and UX designers enables the perfect symbiosis of legal expertise, technical know-how and implementation competence.
